Color Wear Gloss Toner is a gentle, high-performing liquid demi by Alfaparf Milano. Designed with Arginine technology for an innovative vegan formula free from Ammonia, MEA, Resorcinol, and Silicones. Also including two active ingredients – apple cider vinegar which repairs and restructures the hair fiber after the chemical process and improves combability while reducing the pH and helping to close the cuticle to increase shine. The second, Conditioning Complex gives an antistatic effect for soft and smooth hair.
