View your points balance & activity in your profile
Reward points can be redeemed by applying them on the ‘My Bag’ page before proceeding to checkout.
The ‘My Bag’ page can be accessed from the My Bag panel by clicking ‘View and Edit My Bag’
See your discount & points used in the order summary, plus the points you’ll earn on your order

Q. Can Reward Points and discount codes be used together on the same order?+−
No. Reward Points and discount codes cannot be used together on the same order.
Q. Can I use my Reward Points in store?+−
No. Reward Points can only be redeemed online.
Q. Can I earn Reward Points on in-store purchases?+−
No. Reward Points can only be earned on purchases made online.
Q. Do my Reward Points expire?+−
No. Your Reward Points do not expire, so you can save them up and use them whenever you like.
Q. How many Reward Points can I redeem at a time?+−
Reward Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 points. For example, if you have 450 points, you can choose to redeem 100, 200, 300 or 400 points.
Q. Will I earn Reward Points if I use a discount code?+−
No. Reward Points will not be earned on orders where a discount code has been used.
Q. When will my Reward Points be added to my account?+−
Your Reward Points will be added to your account once your order has been dispatched.
